These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Gold Rivet Supply LLC (“SlumberSongs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a New York limited liability company located at 418 Broadway STE N, Albany, NY 12207, USA. By accessing or using slumbersongs.com and purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our service.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use SlumberSongs and make purchases. By using our service, you represent that you are a parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult acting on behalf of the child for whom the lullaby is being created. Children may not create accounts or submit information directly.
SlumberSongs generates original, personalized lullabies based on information you provide about your child. Each lullaby includes original AI-generated lyrics and AI-generated music. Songs are delivered digitally as downloadable audio files and are also accessible from your account dashboard.
Because each song is generated by artificial intelligence, results may vary. While we strive for high quality, we cannot guarantee that every song will perfectly match your expectations. The creative output is unique each time and cannot be exactly reproduced.
When you purchase a lullaby, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the song for private, non-commercial purposes. This means you can:

Gold Rivet Supply LLC retains all intellectual property rights in the underlying technology, processes, AI models, and systems used to create lullabies. The SlumberSongs name, logo, and branding are our trademarks.
When using SlumberSongs, you agree not to:
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines. All submissions go through automated content moderation.
Because each lullaby is custom-created and delivered digitally, we generally do not offer refunds once a song has been generated. If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of your song, or if your song was not generated due to an error on our end, we will either regenerate your song or issue a full refund.
If you are unsatisfied with your lullaby for other reasons, contact us at support@slumbersongs.com and we will work with you to find a resolution.
Creating an account is optional but recommended. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You can access your purchased lullabies from your dashboard at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting us.
SlumberSongs is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any generated content will meet your specific expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gold Rivet Supply LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of SlumberSongs. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gold Rivet Supply LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Albany County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We strive to keep SlumberSongs available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service downtime.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on our site. Your continued use of SlumberSongs after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the service.
